Pobyt czasowy dla cudzoziemców – zmiana sposobu składania wniosków / Temporary Residence Permits – Changes to the Application Process
Od 27 kwietnia 2026 r., w związku ze zmianą ustawy o cudzoziemcach, wnioski o udzielenie zezwolenia na pobyt czasowy należy składać wyłącznie za pośrednictwem ogólnopolskiego systemu MOS 2.0.
W przypadku ubiegania się o zezwolenie na pobyt czasowy w celu kształcenia się na studiach konieczne jest dołączenie do wniosku tzw. Załącznika nr 5, który zastępuje dotychczasowe zaświadczenie wydawane przez uczelnię.
Jak uzyskać Załącznik nr 5?
Podczas wypełniania formularza w systemie MOS 2.0 student wskazuje adres e-mail uczelni:
- dla studentów rozpoczynających studia od 1 października 2025 r.:
wmat.dziekanat@pwr.edu.pl - dla studentów, którzy rozpoczęli studia przed 1 października 2025 r.:

Temporary Residence Permits – Changes to the Application Process
From 27 April 2026, due to changes in Polish immigration regulations, applications for a temporary residence permit must be submitted only through the national MOS 2.0 online system.
Students applying for a temporary residence permit for the purpose of studying are required to attach Appendix No. 5 in the MOS 2.0 system. This document replaces the certificate previously issued by the university.
How to obtain Appendix No. 5
While completing the application in the MOS 2.0 system, students should provide the appropriate university e-mail address:
